Our story

SCFS part of Companies Made Easy was founded in 2015 by Takudzwa Sadziwa. After years in the company registration and shelf company retailing business we realised there was no affordable and easy way to buy a shelf company in Zimbabwe.

We shaped our shelf company packages from the customer’s viewpoint with the aim of providing shelf companies and business service essentials at an affordable price. We now provide the largest shelflist in Zimbabwe, with over 150 shelf companies available for sale. We have also become a platform that other consultants and lawyers can sell their shelf companies.

After seeing an increase in demand for company secretarial and business support, we have energetically developed this area, creating innovative products such as our Full Company Secretary Service which provides a qualified company secretary to look after your company all year round, for a fraction of the cost of a full time company secretary.
