You will receive a certificate of incorporation, CR 5, CR 6, memorandum & articles of association, share transfer certificates and share certificates. You will also get a tax clearance, certificate of trade name, certificate of name change or an updated set of memorandum & articles of association depending on the shelf company package you choose.

As soon as we have received your Shelf Company order we will contact you to obtain details of the new company directors, shareholders and addresses. Once the changes have been made to the Shelf Company we will prepare the new documentation showing the new and previous owners. We aim to get the Shelf Company documents sent to you the same day that you place your order, and the changes from 24 working hours subject to the Companies Registry workload.
